Analysizng Slow SAP Transactions - STAD/SE30/SAT

This will be a very incomplete port.

Think can use STAD first to find out where the time is spent for the transaction.  Can also use SE30/SAT to analyze http://scn.sap.com/community/abap/testing-and-troubleshooting/blog/2011/01/18/next-generation-abap-runtime-analysis-sat-how-to-analyze-performance
